Mr. Tager practiced for several years as a public defender for both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties before moving into private practice. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University and received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, he participated in moot court and trial competitions.
Mr. Tager was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. He is also admitted to practice law in the Federal Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Tager belongs to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Tager assists Mr. Mineo in criminal defense matters.
Mr. Hernandez practices life and estate planning. He graduated from Boston University in 1984 with a degree in Systems Engineering. After working as a systems engineer and communications scientist for several years, Mr. Hernandez earned his law degree from Boston University in 1992.
Mr. Hernandez is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Hernandez frequently engages in providing wealth strategies training to advisors at some of the nation’s most prestigious financial institutions and speaks at various professional society meetings. In 2008, Mr. Hernandez was voted a Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite in Trusts & Estates by his peers.
Mr. Hernandez assists Mr. Mineo in probate matters.
